Detailed Project Description
Summary: We created a uPort verification using XYO's proof-of-location protocol for the purposes of whitelisting individuals based on who and where they are.
Example problem: A person wants to send DAI to people-in-need in Venezuela, but can't trust anonymous accounts on the internet requesting donations.
Solution: A person-in-need can use a trusted sentinel (XYO Proof-of-Location Oracle) to validate their uPort ID with proof that they are physically located in Venezuela.

"Social protection systems need to be implemented to help alleviate the suffering of disaster-prone countries and provide support in the face of great economic risks. These systems will help strengthen responses by afflicted populations to unexpected economic losses during disasters and will eventually help to end extreme poverty in the most impoverished areas."
All Bounties Completed/Incorporated
We've added uPort identity to XYO. Now individuals can be whitelisted to #DeFi campaigns or initiatives based on who and where they are. Identity was previously not integrated with XYO.
Bounty Description: "It should be highly usable, mobile friendly, have a low barrier to entry and be broadly applicable to both developed and emerging economies. Try to find a niche that hasn’t already been filled."
