Why Decentralize is an explorable explanation walking readers through the vulnerabilities of centralized systems and what properties we want our decentralized systems to have. Readers learn about the downsides of centralized systems by letting them experience and visualize abuses of power such as censorship and high inflation. This article serves to spark interest in decentralized systems - leading readers to learn more through Cryptoeconomics.study, a free, open source course on blockchain protocols.
